Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hydraulic Attachment Services. If you need to return or exchange a product, please carefully review the following information:
You may initiate a return or exchange within 1 day of receiving your order.
Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
Customized or special-order products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
Ship the package to the provided return address.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the return or exchange based on your request.
Return Fees: Unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you are exchanging a product for a different size or variant, we will ship the new item once the returned product is received and inspected.
